Delivery

Is there a delivery charge?


There is a £2 delivery charge to all orders. Pickup is at no extra cost




What time do you deliver the food?


I deliver from 5pm - 8pm. I will contact you individually to arrange a time that is convenient for you





Food

How long can I keep the food?


The food will remain fresh for 3-4 days after the delivery if stored in the fridge. You can simply reheat it in the microwave. If you want to keep for longer, the food can be frozen for up to 1 month and defrosted. The containers the meals come in are both microwaveable and freezable!




Where do you source your ingredients from?


The vegetables I use come from local farms and farmer's markets. All the spices and lentils are sourced from independent Indian stores.




How often does the menu in the servings change?


The dishes in the servings will change week on week, whilst there will be some overlap of some items, I try to include a wide variety each time




How big is each serving?


Each dish is suitable for 1 person




How much should I order?


For 1 person : 1 starter, 1 main, 1 side For 2 people : 1 starter, 2 mains, 2 sides For 4 people : 2 starters, 3 mains, 3 sides These are just a guideline - if you are a hungry monster then order some more!




Heating Instructions


From refrigerated: Samosas, Batata Wadas, Pakoras are best kept warmed in an oven for 7 mins All mains can be heated in a pan on a hob for 5 mins or microwaved on high for 2 minutes Chapati, lacha paratha, aloo paratha are best warmed on a frying pan for 2 minutes Rice and pulaos are best warmed in the microwave on high for 1.5 minutes. I suggest sprinkling with a little water when doing so

Is your kitchen certified?


Yes, I take the utmost care in providing fresh and healthy meals. This of course starts with a clean kitchen, which is certified by the food standards agency - I am proud to have a 5 star food hygiene rating




Do I have to sign up to a regular service / subscription ?


No, there are no monthly plans or tie-ups, just order when the mood takes you!
